How we work What You Can Expect
After you have scheduled your remediation service with us, this is what you can expect on the day we arrive.
- Arrival Time Our team will arrive between 8:15 to 8:30 each morning unless a different time has been requested by you.
- Initial Walkthrough Our onsite supervisor will walk you through the process again before it begins to answer any additional questions.
- Remediation Process After containment and air control has been established, we will begin your remediation project.
- Satisfaction Guarantee Once the remediation is completed, we will walk you through one last time to assure everything is up to your standard and answer any final questions.
